Privacy policy

Why I need your personal data and how I use it

When buying in this e-shop you have to give your personal data (name, address, e-mail, phone number). You may also choose to give some additional information in the comment field or by contacting me directly (e. g. if you want to order some extra services).

I use you data as follows:

  • I use it to fulfil your order, to send you your purchase to the address given by you, to contact you and to keep you updated in the progress of your order fulfilment.
  • I keep the information on the sales for the tax purposes, as is required by the personal income tax laws.

Third party services and sharing you data with the third parties

I would share your data only for very limited reasons and only under certain circumstances with:

  • MB Šopiteka ( https://www.shopiteka.lt/ ) – they provide me with the e-trade platform so that I could sell my products. Your data is stored through MB Šopiteka data storage, databases and the general Shopiteka application.
  • Delivery / shipping providers (AB Lietuvos pastas, UAB Omniva). I share your data with these third parties, but only to the extent needed for your purchase to be delivered to you.

Links and cookies

This e-shop might have links directing you to other websites and other service providers (e.g. if you choose to pay via Paypal). I am not responsible for the data protection at those other websites and I suggest that you read their data protection policy.

This e-shop uses cookies. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user's computer by the user's web browser while the user is browsing. Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember stateful information (such as items added in the shopping cart in an online store). They can also be used to remember arbitrary pieces of information that the user previously entered into form fields (e.g. your browser will remember the e-shop language you chose – Lithuanian or English).

You may set your browser to warn you each time a cookie is used, or you may choose to disable cookies. This is to be done through your browser settings. Each browser is different, so just check Help at the browser menu. If you disable cookies, some functions will be disabled, too. This will result in the website operation being less effective.

Your rights

You have the right to see the copy of your personal data and to get it using the contact information given below.

You have the right to change or restrict the use of you data or to delete your personal data. Unless there are some exceptional circumstances (e.g. I have to process your data for legal reasons, tax obligations), I would usually delete your data upon your request.
